What each measure means
- Seat
- A person who sends, approves, administers or configures. People who only sign, fill in or acknowledge don’t take a seat.
- Person reached
- A unique person who receives at least one document with proof in the month, such as an employee, customer or supplier.
- AI page
- Each page processed by OCR or AI counts as one unit. AI-generated templates can use several pages, depending on the operation.

No surprises on the invoice: you add balance before using more than your plan includes.

How do I get started?
Create an account on the Free plan, with no card. Whenever you’re ready, choose a paid plan and your documents stay where they are.
What happens if I go over my plan?
You’re notified before you reach the limit. Usage beyond the plan comes out of your prepaid balance, and nothing is charged without balance.
Which payment methods?
The payment methods available for your account are shown at checkout. An invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; after that the account becomes read-only and you can still download what’s yours.
